Business level support. We aim our business at SME's. This means that our customers demand a quick resolution to any problems as "Time is money". We endevour to resolve any issues within one working day. Far to many ISP's now rely on high volume to generate profit, using call centers to log calls. Unfortunatley problems often do not get resolved untill the issue has been escalated which may take days or weeks. In this case the customer always suffers as good support is not provided. We do not use call centres for help lines, but instead develop a working relationship with our customers and actively try to pre-empt any issue by keeping upto date with with our customers needs.
